Uses community sources (social media, newspapers, magazines, electronic signs, school resources, etc.) to publicize fundraisers and assist producer with show advertisements as needed.

The chair coordinates with the Thespian Sponsor for a celebration during the last week of school that honors our seniors and fellow Thespians.

The show concession chair’s duties include ordering/stocking concession items, overseeing volunteers, and set-up/clean-up.

Coordinate the purchase of director gifts for each show during the season.

Donut Sales
The chair coordinates one of our most profitable fundraisers. Duties include contacting Krispy Kreme to establish dates and quantities, sign-up volunteers and coordinate drivers with student sellers.

PTMS Liaison
Coordinate with the PTMS director and involved parents a viewing of the PTMS musical for the high school thespians, along with the sign-up of 8th grade students interested in pursuing theatre at PTHS

The chair creates a selection committee to review applications (spring) and distributes scholarship information as needed.
